The government and workers seem to have struck a deal over what is to be done with Iframac. The beleaguered car retailer and fleet operator, once one of the crown jewels in the now-defunct BAI empire, will apparently revert to worker control. But why is this deal unlikely to work? And why does the deal presage a looming disaster ahead?
