I love the bright sun, I love the moonlight,

The stars that twinkle deep in the night.

The whisper of leaves, the hum of the bees,

The laughter that dances along with the breeze.

I love every root that’s deep in the ground,

Holding the earth without making a sound.

Each petal, each branch, all life that I see–

Reminds me the world is wild, kind, and free!

BIO

She followed her parents from Australia to Qatar in 2015, where she still lives nowadays. She is 11 years old and studies in Year 7 at the Royal Grammar School, Guilford in Qatar. She has a passion for English, Science, Maths and sports. She has been writing since she was around 8 years old. Her dream is to become a published author.
