Huawei P9 vs iPhone 6 Plus
First Glance
The war for mobile supremacy is raging, raging since Apple introduced the revolutionary iPhone in 2007. That is only EIGHT years ago and mobile technological advancement has been nothing short of staggering up till now.
The P9 is Huawei’s flagship phone, during the presentation of the phone in London, Richard Yu the CEO of the chinese company explained that they were entering the market just under the iPhone(s) price brackets. The P9 will be retailing at €549 for the basic model & €699 for the larger model.
The P9’s build quality is remarkable which Huawei’s engineers can definitely be proud of achieving. Two features are immediately apparent:
- The lens do not protrude like in the iPhone or Samsung phones. You can also notice that the P9 has two lenses, one which captures RGB colours, the other captures monochrome colours shooting at 12 million pixels back facing camera, 8 million pixels front facing camera, f/2.2 aperture and a 27mm focal length.
- The biometric finger print reader which offers super fast unlocking.

Conclusion
I wanted to let the image comparisons speak for themselves. Huawei has created a mobile photographic marvel with their Leica partnership.
My favourite feature is that Impact feel that is true to Leica’s historic in photography. If your looking for a mobile phone with strong photographic capacities for a decent enough price, look no further.
