À l’heure du tout à l’image et du buzz sans suite, «l’express» souhaite faire découvrir la plume de poètes, de chanteurs, d’écrivains et de tous ceux qui jettent leur âme sur le papier, et qui mettent en mots des réflexions profondes.

Pick me up tomorrow morning at seven.

I will wear jeans and flats

and make our escape look casual.

We will run away to a faraway land

where rivers flow from one side to the other.

We will walk hand in hand

watching the view unfold in a panorama.

A flamboyant blooming in red

amidst a forest of green;

A sprinkle of rain on our head,

we will stand in the in-between.

Every step closer to you is a step closer to me,

just like every breath of you

fills the very depth of me:

A connection wired in the cosmos,

where ‘you and I’ is a bridge to blood and bones,

to lost and found souls.

For once, our tongues will be free of words,

for every poet will be able to tell

that we are the kind of poetry written by the stars.

Far down the road,

we might be gone,

but the energy of you and I will go on.

So for now,

be free, and so will I…
